I AM GRATEFUL FOR...

Gratitude always gives you what you deserve


If things in your life are going great, you have thoughts of ‘I don’t have enough money’, ‘I don’t like my job’, ‘I always feel ill’ then you must alter the way you think


How often do you tune into gratitude? On a daily basis are you more in moan mode or thankful mode?


Start choosing to be thankful even when things seem to be going wrong. Turn the negative thoughts into more positive ones


‘I love my job’, ‘I feel incredible today’, ‘I earn money to support me’ the law of attraction says you must attract more of what you want in daily


Be consistent with your practice, don’t stop when you don’t see results within your expected window of time


Let go of how you will achieve more of it and be open to welcome it in by being more in a grateful state


The more gratitude you practice the more abundant your life will be

I encourage you to set yourself a challenge of writing down 10 things you are grateful for and why then repeat for the rest of the month
