Do you instantly reach for food when you


  • Have just had an argument?

  • Feel stressed or overwhelmed?

  • Feel lonely?


Yip me too. Then once you have binged in food you feel


❌ guilt

⛔️ shame

🆘 embarrassment


Then you repeat the patterns?


Believe me we all do it but what is important to recognise here is WHY we do it. Understanding our feelings and emotions can help us break the cycle.


Today if this is you I encourage you to pause before reaching for food and ask yourself


❓ am i really hungry

❓ why am i reaching for food, is there a feeling or emotion in my way


Allow yourself to acknowledge this without judgement ☺️
