The word loss means so many different things to each of us. Loss of a loved one, loss of identity, loss of career or finances, loss of relationship, grief. When I looked up the definition it states ' the fact or process of losing someone or something'. We will all, or have already experienced loss in our lives and yet some seem to manage well, some seem to navigate it with a mask on and present to the world they are coping and some can barely function.
Loss is inevitable, emotional suffering, overwhelm, anxiety, fear and guilt all wrapped up into one but what if someone could guide you through it? Hold your hand, listen to your words or sit in your silence with you. What would it mean to be supported and not to be judged?
What if there was a safe place you could go to when life feels so incredibly difficult, create a plan guilt free to move forward in your life? To ease the pain in your own suffering and allow yourself permission to feel happiness again?
Who are you after your loss? Maybe that is the starting point. Identifying who this version of you is, as you experience life after loss.
If you know you want to move out of the space you are in right now then there is always a solution. I cannot promise it is easy but I promise it is worth it. I speak from experience, loss has been a huge part of my life and with the power of coaching I have grown in confidence, begun to believe in myself and trust that with the right support anything is possible.
You are worthy of more, don't allow fear to stop you from anything.
